Acceptance and scope

By accessing tempera.dev or using private access that we make available, you agree to these terms. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. A signed agreement between your organization and Tempera controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Private access

Tempera may provide access to selected products, documentation, APIs, previews, or research capabilities on a private basis. Private access does not create a commitment to provide a generally available service, support level, or future feature.

Some workflows may connect to third-party services. Their terms, privacy notices, availability, and actions apply independently. Tempera is not responsible for a third party or for information you choose to provide to one.

To the extent permitted by law, Tempera disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them in consequential decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, Tempera will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to these terms, the website, or private access.
